Moriaki Asakura calls a real name Seigo Tanaka and is from Satsuma. After going to United Kingdom and France and learning English and mine science, I received the life of the Meiji government and entered Ikuno as well as Jean Francisque Coignet at 1868 and 25 years old, and contributed to modernization in Ikuno silver mine such as introduction of a large machine and construction in the carriage exclusive road which becomes the new transportation means from France as well as Coignet.
